Manager - Accounting & Tax

We are seeking a results-driven Manager – Accounting & Tax with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience to lead our accounting and tax functions. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in tax reporting and compliance, in-depth knowledge of IFRS and IAS standards.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the accounting and tax operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and delivering accurate and timely financial and tax reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead the entire sales cycle
• Achieve monthly sales objectives
• Qualify the customer needs
• Negotiate and contract
• Master demos of our software

Must Have

• Bachelor Degree or Higher
• Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting and tax including Audit
• Experience in financial reporting and MIS
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with ERP/accounting systems
• Professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA, or CA

Nice to have

• Knowledge of data analysis or visualization tools like PowerBi.
• Additional languages
• Exposure to Bahrain VAT/NBR regulations
