Odoo developer - Senior Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Associate Odoo Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining custom Odoo modules and applications, with a focus on optimizing business processes. We are seeking a full time employee locally or willing to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement custom Odoo modules, workflows, and reports based on business requirements
• Customize Odoo's core functionalities (modules such as Sales, Inventory, Accounting, HR, Manufacturing) to suit individual business needs
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues reported by users, applying fixes or suggesting improvements
• Negotiate and contract
• Master demos of our software

Must Have

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of hands-on experience with Odoo development
• Knowledge of Odoo's business applications like Sales, Accounting, Inventory, and HR modules
• Highly creative and autonomous
• Experience in integrating Odoo with third party API's and services
• Available in Bahrain or willing to relocate

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
• Excellent communication skills
