Pre-Sales & Delivery Manager

Role Summary

Owns the client relationship end-to-end - from pre-sales demo through delivery to go-live - acting as the single escalation point of contact between customers and the project team (PM, functional consultants, developers).

Key Responsibilities

Sales

• Conduct tailor-made pre-sales demos based on prospect's business process and Odoo module fit
• Leverage AI tools to build and adapt tailor-made demos on the fly during client conversations

Project Delivery

• Communicate scope, and client expectations clearly to the project team after deal is closed and handed over to the project team
• Serve as the single escalation point of contact between customer and project team from kickoff through go-live
• Oversee and direct the project manager (1), functional consultants (3), and developers (2)
• Complete full handover of all active accounts/projects from the outgoing position holder

Working Hours & Conduct

• Mon–Fri: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM (1–2 PM lunch)
• Sat: same timings, WFH
• Respond to emails as promptly as possible
• Log all tasks and complete within committed timelines
• Ensure team-wide compliance with company policies

Success Metrics (KPIs)

• Client satisfaction rate
• % of projects going live within the promised timeline
• Number/rate of leads lost due to a poor or unconvincing demo experience

Joining & Handover

• Joining date: 16 September 2026 (no earlier start possible - only candidates available to join on this date will be considered)

Reports To: CEO & MD

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role at Odoo or an Odoo Partner
• Strong working knowledge of Odoo 19 Enterprise
• Odoo 19 Functional Certification - highly preferred. Employees are expected to obtain and maintain certification for each new Odoo release
• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Native-like English fluency required; Hindi/Malayalam a bonus
• Proficient with AI tools to streamline, speed up, and enhance daily work (demo-building, proposals, communication, etc.)
• Excellent communication skills and strong general tech fluency
• Valid UAE driving license and own car (required for on-site client visits; inter-emirate petrol reimbursed)
• Positive attitude and openness to feedback
• Result-oriented and conscientious

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: AED 12,000–15,000/month
• Salary reviews and any salary increments will be considered only at the time of MOHRE contract renewal. No off-cycle, mid-year, or ad hoc increment requests will be entertained. Decisions regarding salary revisions will be based on the employee's performance, contribution, and company policy at the time of renewal.
• Probation period: 6 months
• 2-year employment visa provided upon successful completion of probation
• 30 calendar days paid annual leave per year (after 1 year of service)
