Functional Consultant Accounts Junior

We are looking for a Junior Functional Consultant with a strong academic background in commerce and hands-on experience in ERP systems. The role requires good analytical skills, an understanding of accounting and business workflows, and excellent communication to collaborate with clients and internal teams. This position is for Voxtron Solutions LLP, Kochi. No remote Job Opportunity, only work from the Office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in ERP implementation, configuration, and functional support.
• Work with clients to gather, analyze, and document business and accounting requirements.
• Support financial modules such as Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and Inventory.
• Assist in testing, user training, and go-live support.
• Coordinate with technical teams to translate business needs into system solutions.
• Prepare documentation including process flows, training manuals, and functional reports.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce (B.Com / M.Com). 1 year of experience working with ERP software (Odoo, SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics, or similar). Strong understanding of accounting principles and business workflows. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new systems. IT /Software Working Experience is mandatory
