Project Manager-ERP

We are seeking an experienced ERP Project Manager to lead the successful implementation and delivery of ERP solutions, with a strong preference for candidates who have hands-on experience with Odoo ERP. The role requires excellent project management skills, strong communication abilities, and a deep understanding of ERP systems to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage ERP implementation projects from initiation to closure.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, ensuring alignment with ERP capabilities.
• Prepare detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation schedules.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (technical, functional, and business) to ensure smooth execution.
• Monitor project progress, track milestones, and ensure adherence to budgets and deadlines.
• Manage risks, issues, and change requests throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct user training and ensure proper documentation of project deliverables.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and act as the primary point of contact for project updates.
• Ensure ERP solutions meet quality standards and support post-implementation stabilization.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field (MBA preferred). 3–6 years of experience in ERP project management, with at least 1–2 years of Odoo ERP implementation experience preferred. Strong understanding of any ERP systems, business processes (Finance, HR, Sales, Inventory, Manufacturing, etc.). Proven experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities. Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid). PMP/Prince2 or other project management certifications is a plus.
