Odoo Projects Manager

To support this exciting journey, we are looking for a skilled Odoo Projects Manager to lead our odoo projects, ensure operational excellence, and help shape the future of our client success stories.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Odoo ERP implementation projects from initiation to go-live and post-implementation support.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and allocate resources effectively.
• Lead requirement gathering sessions to understand business processes and system needs.
• Configure and customize Odoo modules: Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Manufacturing, Accounting, HR, CRM, etc.
• Oversee data migration, system integration, version upgrades, and ongoing system maintenance.
• Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery within scope and budget.
• Conduct business requirements workshops, process analysis, and fit-gap assessments.
• Coordinate functional testing, data acceptance testing, and user acceptance testing.
• Deliver user training sessions and prepare training documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors for seamless execution.
• Provide regular project status updates and detailed reports to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Strong experience in managing Odoo ERP projects from start to finish.
• Deep understanding of Odoo implementation processes and the role of implementers.
• Excellent project planning, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills to work effectively with clients and internal teams.
• PMP, Agile, or other project management certifications are a plus.
• Good command of English (spoken & written)
