Team Leader – Odoo Implementation

To support this exciting journey, we are looking for a skilled Odoo Projects Manager to lead our odoo projects, ensure operational excellence, and help shape the future of our client success stories.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Odoo Implementation team.
• Oversee project delivery and ensure alignment with CDS methodology.
• Conduct client meetings, gather requirements, and translate them into Odoo solutions.
• Review deliverables and ensure the highest quality standards.
• Provide training and mentoring for team members.
• Handle escalations and solve complex implementation issues.
• Improve processes and contribute to continuous enhancement of the implementation cycle

Qualifications

• 4 years of experience in Odoo & 1 year as Team leader of Implementation.
• Previous experience in team leadership or project coordination.
• Strong understanding of Odoo modules
• Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Odoo Certification is a plus.
