We are looking for hgihly experienced Assistant Manager - Accounting & Finance to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in accounting principles, hands-on experience with IFRS & IAS standards, and advanced Excel skills to support financial reporting, analysis, and decision-making.

In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial statements, developing forecasts and financial models, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data.

Responsibilities

Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements and management reports in compliance with applicable IFRS & IAS standards.
Perform detailed financial analysis, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and performance reporting to support management decision-making.
Develop and maintain financial models, budgets, and forecasts to assess business performance and future financial outcomes.
Ensure accuracy, completeness, and integrity of financial data.

Must Have

Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.
Excellent knowledge in using Microsoft Excel.
Strong Knowledge in applying IFRS standards.
A bachelor's degree in accounting or any other related field.
A professional certification such as ACCA, CPA CMA or CFA.

Nice to have

Advanced forecasting and financial modelling skills.
Experience in using ERP and accounting systems such as SAP, Oracle, Odoo.
Knowledge of data analysis or visualization tools like PowerBi.
