We are looking for an Odoo Developer with 0–3 years of experience to join our growing technical team. You will work closely with business and functional teams to develop, customize, and maintain our Odoo ERP system, ensuring efficient workflows across departments.

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Develop, customize, and deploy Odoo modules.
Collaborate with functional teams to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Implement and support Odoo integrations with other internal or external systems.
Debug, optimize, and maintain existing modules and business logic.
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices.
Participate in testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
Continuously learn and stay updated with the latest Odoo and Python developments.

Requirements and Qualifications

0–3 years of experience in Odoo
Strong knowledge of Python and object-oriented programming concepts.
Basic experience with PostgreSQL and writing SQL queries.
Familiarity with the Odoo framework (v15+).
Understanding of Odoo's technical architecture (models, views, controllers).
Exposure to JavaScript, XML, or frontend customization in Odoo using the OWL framework is a plus.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team and take ownership of assigned tasks.
