About This Role

We're building a bench of mobile developers we can call on when a project needs an app — not to fill a seat today, but to be ready when the work lands.

Here's what we actually believe: with today's AI tooling, a developer who genuinely understands the fundamentals ships work that used to require years of experience. So we're not screening for seniority. We're screening for people who know why their code works and who use AI to move fast without losing the plot.

If you have around a year of real Flutter work and you're hungry, this is for you.

What You'll Do

• Build cross-platform mobile apps in Flutter for iOS and Android
• Connect apps to REST APIs and backend services — a lot of ours are Odoo-based
• Turn designs into clean, responsive interfaces that work on real devices
• Handle state, navigation, offline behaviour and error cases properly
• Publish and maintain builds on Google Play and the App Store
• Work directly with our team — no layers, no handoffs

What We're Looking For

• Around 1 year of hands-on Flutter and Dart — at least one app you can show us
• Solid grasp of the basics: widgets, state management, async, API integration
• Comfortable working with Git
• You use AI tools as part of how you work — and you can tell when the output is wrong
• You ask questions when a requirement is unclear instead of guessing
• Good Arabic, workable English

Nice to Have

• Any experience with Odoo, ERP systems, or REST integrations
• Firebase, push notifications, or in-app payments
• An app already live on a store
• Basic UI/UX sense — you notice when something feels off

How This Works

• Type: Project-based, part-time — you're on call when a mobile project comes in
• Location: Remote, with occasional meetings if you're in Cairo
