Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Odoo Functional Consultant to join our team as a key contributor in implementing and customizing Odoo solutions for our clients. The ideal candidate should possess in-depth knowledge of the Odoo framework, with a strong focus on POS, Manufacturing, and Finance modules.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with clients to gather and understand their business requirements.
Analyze and map client processes to Odoo functionality, proposing customizations where necessary.
Configure and customize Odoo modules to meet client-specific needs.
Provide end-user training and support during and after Odoo implementations.
Troubleshoot and resolve any functional issues that may arise during projects.
Stay updated with Odoo updates, best practices, and industry trends.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Minimum 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience with Odoo.
Proficiency in Odoo POS, Manufacturing, and Finance modules.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
Strong customer-convincing skills.
Strong command over spoken and written English.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Odoo certification is a plus.
