We are seeking an experienced ERP Implementation Specialist with a strong background in deploying and supporting ERP systems such as Odoo, Zoho, Sage, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in end-to-end ERP implementation across Middle East markets, with a solid understanding of business processes, client engagement, and system customization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end ERP implementation projects, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
  • Work closely with clients to understand business processes and translate them into ERP functional and technical requirements.
  • Configure and customize ERP systems (Odoo, Zoho, Sage, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.) based on client needs.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including developers, project managers, and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
  • Conduct data migration, integration with third-party systems, and system testing.
  • Provide user training, documentation, and ongoing support to ensure smooth adoption.
  • Troubleshoot system issues and provide timely resolutions.
  • Ensure compliance with regional business practices, taxation (VAT), and regulatory requirements in the Middle East.
  • Prepare project documentation, reports, and status updates for stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in ERP implementation and support. Hands-on experience with at least one major ERP platform (Odoo, Zoho, Sage, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.). Strong understanding of business processes such as Finance, HR, CRM, Supply Chain, and Inventory. Experience in ERP implementation within Middle East markets is mandatory. Knowledge of VAT regulations and compliance requirements in the GCC region. Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Experience in data migration, system integration, and user training.
