Odoo Functional Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze client requirements, map them to Odoo functionalities, and provide best-fit solutions.
• Configure and customize Odoo modules to align with business processes.
• Conduct functional testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) with clients.
• Provide end-user training and documentation to ensure a smooth transition.
• Work closely with technical teams for custom development and troubleshooting.
• Manage the implementation lifecycle, ensuring timely project delivery and client satisfaction.
• Engage with potential clients to understand their business requirements and demonstrate how Odoo ERP solutions can address their needs.
• Conduct product presentations, demos, and proof-of-concept (PoC) sessions for prospects.
• Collaborate with the sales team to prepare proposals, respond to RFPs, and design tailored Odoo solutions.
• Support the sales process by providing functional expertise and recommendations.
• Assist in preparing cost estimates, project timelines, and technical feasibility assessments.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience as an Odoo Functional Consultant or similar role.
• Strong understanding of Odoo modules, including Sales, Inventory, Accounting, CRM, Manufacturing, and HR.
• Experience in pre-sales activities, client engagement, and business analysis.
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications.
• Strong presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Hands-on experience with Odoo configuration, workflows, and implementation best practices.
• Basic knowledge of Odoo Studio and customizations is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
