Odoo ERP Consultant

Must Have

• 3+ years implementing Odoo for SMBs
• Deep functional knowledge of at least 3 of: Finance, Inventory, Manufacturing, Sales, CRM, HR
• Experience leading client workshops and translating requirements
• Excellent English written + spoken communication
• UAE residence visa or transferable visa

Nice to Have

• Odoo Functional Certification
• Arabic language fluency
• Knowledge of UAE VAT, WPS, FTA reporting
• Manufacturing or real estate domain experience

Responsibilities

• Run discovery workshops to map client business processes
• Configure Odoo modules to client requirements (no-code where possible, escalate to dev when needed)
• Lead data migration: extraction, cleaning, mapping, loading
• Deliver role-based training to client teams (in English or Arabic)
• Own go-live + 90-day stabilization for your accounts
• Build reusable playbooks for common Odoo deployments (manufacturing, retail, distribution)
