Must Have

3+ years implementing Odoo for SMBs
Deep functional knowledge of at least 3 of: Finance, Inventory, Manufacturing, Sales, CRM, HR
Experience leading client workshops and translating requirements
Excellent English written + spoken communication
UAE residence visa or transferable visa

Nice to Have

Odoo Functional Certification
Arabic language fluency
Knowledge of UAE VAT, WPS, FTA reporting

Responsibilities

Run discovery workshops to map client business processes
Configure Odoo modules to client requirements (no-code where possible, escalate to dev when needed)

Deliver role-based training to client teams (in English or Arabic)
Own go-live + 90-day stabilization for your accounts
Build reusable playbooks for common Odoo deployments (manufacturing, retail, distribution)
