Odoo Developer

We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Odoo Developer with 1 year of hands-on experience in customizing and developing Odoo modules. You will work closely with our functional and technical teams to implement and support Odoo ERP solutions that meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, customize, and maintain Odoo modules based on business requirements.
• Create and update custom modules and features in Odoo using Python and XML.
• Integrate third-party tools and systems with Odoo.
• Assist in migrating existing systems to Odoo (data migration, module migration).
• Debug and troubleshoot issues in Odoo and propose optimal solutions.
• Collaborate with functional consultants to understand business flows and develop solutions.
• Participate in testing, documentation, and deployment activities.
• Adhere to development best practices and coding standards.

Qualifications:

• 2+ year of experience in Odoo development (Odoo v13 and above preferred).
• Strong knowledge of Python, XML, and PostgreSQL.
• Good understanding of Odoo's core modules (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, etc.).
• Experience in developing custom modules and Odoo APIs.
• Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and QWeb templating.
• Basic understanding of Odoo.sh or on-premise deployment.
• Ability to work in a team and independently on tasks.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience with Git or other version control systems.
• Exposure to Agile or Scrum methodologies.
