We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Odoo Developer with 1 year of hands-on experience in customizing and developing Odoo modules. You will work closely with our functional and technical teams to implement and support Odoo ERP solutions that meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, customize, and maintain Odoo modules based on business requirements.
Create and update custom modules and features in Odoo using Python and XML.
Integrate third-party tools and systems with Odoo.
Assist in migrating existing systems to Odoo (data migration, module migration).
Debug and troubleshoot issues in Odoo and propose optimal solutions.
Collaborate with functional consultants to understand business flows and develop solutions.
Participate in testing, documentation, and deployment activities.
Adhere to development best practices and coding standards.

Qualifications:

2+ year of experience in Odoo development (Odoo v13 and above preferred).
Strong knowledge of Python, XML, and PostgreSQL.
Good understanding of Odoo's core modules (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, etc.).
Experience in developing custom modules and Odoo APIs.
Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and QWeb templating.
Basic understanding of Odoo.sh or on-premise deployment.
Ability to work in a team and independently on tasks.
Good problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Experience with Git or other version control systems.
Exposure to Agile or Scrum methodologies.
