Role overview

We are hiring an experienced Project Manager to lead Odoo ERP implementations from kick-off through go-live and stabilisation. You will coordinate functional consultants, developers, and clients to deliver on scope, budget, and timeline. The role suits a seasoned PM who can hold multiple projects, surface risk early, and communicate clearly across technical and business stakeholders.

What you'll do

  • Lead and manage Odoo ERP implementation projects across multiple clients and industries.
  • Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables with stakeholders up front.
  • Coordinate functional consultants, developers, and clients to keep execution on track.
  • Monitor progress, identify risk early, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Manage budgets, resources, and schedules to deliver on time and within scope.
  • Run project meetings, prepare status reports, and maintain clean project documentation.
  • Own quality assurance and client satisfaction across the full project life cycle.

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience in ERP project management — Odoo strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of Odoo modules, business processes, and ERP implementation methodologies.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple parallel projects and stay composed under pressure.
  • Working knowledge of project-management tools (MS Project, Jira, Odoo Project).
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or a related field.

Bonus points for

  • PMP or PRINCE2 certification.
  • Experience managing multi-country ERP rollouts across the GCC.
  • Background in change management or business transformation.
  • Familiarity with agile and hybrid delivery models.
